Train crushes two to death in Quetta


QUETTA
Two people on a motorbike were crushed to death on Saturday in a train accident at Shakih Manda, a suburban area of Quetta. According to police, two persons were crossing the railway track on a motorcycle, having no notice of the speedy train which hit their bike and threw their bodies yards away. The deceased were gatekeepers of the Pakistan Disaster Management Authority office and were returning after performing their duties at night shift when they were hit by Chaman Passenger Train in the Shakih Manda area.
The police said the Chaman passenger train was en-route from Quetta to Chaman, adding both the victims breathed their last on the spot. The deceased were identified as Muhammad Ejaz and Obaidullah, both residents of Chashma Achozai.
