ATTOCK - The wedding rituals of Pakistan Army Major Harcharn Singh were performed at Gurdwara Punja Sahib Hassanabdal on Sunday with full military honour. Former Chief of Army Staff Gen (r) Ashfaq Pervaiz, Chairman Wadpa Lt-Gen (r) Muzamil Hussain, Chairman Evacuee trust property board Sadeequl Farooq, Lt-Gen (r) Ali Qulli Khan, Lt-Gen (r) Azhar Abbas and a large number of military officers attended the wedding. On the occasion, Sikh youth performed their traditional sports Gatka - a traditional South Asian form of combat-training in which wooden sticks are used to simulate swords in sparring matches.
