Most favoured nation and our options

In international relations and international politics, Most favoured Nation (MFN) is a status accorded by one state to another especially when matters of trade are concerned. Trade advantages include low tariffs and other concessions. The members of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) agree to accord MFN status to each other. MFN is one of the cornerstones of WTO trade law. Of late there was news that Pakistan was considering according this status to India which is a cause for concern because until and unless the Kashmir issue is resolved there can be no improvement in relations.
