NOWSHERA VIRKAN - The spell of monsoon rain exposed the TMA claims as the rainwater submerged various roads and bazaars of the city. The water accumulation on various city roads and streets caused miseries for the citizens. The sewage water entered into Tehsil Office, Press Club Building, local Nadra Office, Civil Hospital and hundreds of houses and shops due to the clogged system. After the rain roads, bazaars and streets of the city presented the look of a pond. Citizens have demanded the Punjab CM, the Gujranwala DCO and the Nowshera Virkan Assistant Commissioner to take notice of the poor performance of the TMA and ensure better sewage system in the area.
