GUJRANWALA - Dr Atiq Durrani, a world renowned orthopaedic surgeon, is visiting Pakistan from Feb 6 to 18.
He was honoured by American orthopaedic surgeon society as ‘surgeon of the year 2011’ and is author of numerous papers on the subject of neuron & spine surgery. He is known as pioneer of Minimal Access Spine surgery procedure.
Dr Atiq’s organisation ‘CAST’ has been initiating major projects in health sector of the country. These projects will be in the fields of hospital management, establishing chain of diagnostic laboratories and in health insurance sector. The sole purpose and focus of these projects will be to make world class health services accessible to average Pakistani citizen.
