ISLAMABAD  – Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued show cause notices to owners of different agro farming schemes who are defaulting on payment of non development charges. 
CDA has warned them to pay their outstanding development charges against the plots acquired by them as soon as possible and in the event of non clearance of the charges, the plots will be cancelled in the light of directives issued by Supreme Court of Pakistan. No further notice will be sent to them on this count.
Meanwhile, Planning Wing of Capital Development Authority has been reconstituted. According to details, departments including Traffic Engineering, Land-survey Division, Master-plan Cell, Map and Record Unit, and Kachi Aabadi Cell will now work under DG Planning Wing. In addition, Director Urban Planning, Director Regional Planning, Director Housing Societies and Industrial Planning Division have been given in the control of Deputy DG Planning, CDA.
Director Regional Planning, Khaleeq-ur-Rehman has been appointed as Deputy DG Planning. The charge of Director Regional Planning will also remain with him. Transfer of ten officers of the Planning Wing has also been finalised.
Meanwhile, ten officers of CDA of grade 18 and 19 officers have been transferred respectively. Khaliq Ur Rehman of Director Regional planning has been transferred to Director General planning, Tariq Ayub of Additional Director MPC has been transferred to Director housing society, Zafar Iqbal of Deputy Director Regional Planning as deputy Director Housing, Faraz Malik from Deputy director Housing society has been transferred as Deputy Director Urban planning wing, M Irshad Chauhan Deputy Director Urban planning as Additional director MPC ,Ijaz ahmad Sheikh Deputy Director Urban planning and industry  was deployed in housing society .
Meanwhile, Deputy Director Kattchi Abadi cell Ijaz Hassan was has been made deputy Director Regional planning, M Tauqir Nawaz deputy Director Urban planning, Kiran Saeed has been deployed in Deputy director Kattchi Abadi Cell and Abdul Haq Barohi as Deputy Director UP.
