NOOR PUR THAL - The Punjab Health Department has regularised the services of more than 180 lady health workers of Tehsil Noorpur Thal.
Addressing a function in this regard, MPA Malik Muhmmad Waris said that the Punjab government was utilising all resources to provide health facilities for the masses. “The chief minister believes that health and education are the basic needs. And the citizens should also play their role to strengthen the national institutions,” he said. He also said that most of the issues relating to doctors and nurses had already been resolved.
PML.N Sargodha Division Secretary General Malik Muhmmad Khalid and DHO Khushab Dr Asif Mehmood Qazi felicitated the LHWs on the occasion. LHWs have pivotal position in the health system and now they should serve with more sense of responsibility reciprocally, he said. they lauded the decision of regularisation.
