Rescue 1122 becomes functional in Ahmedpur East

AHMEDPUR EAST - Rescue arrival time at accidents scenes in Pakistan is less as compare with Britain, said PML-N MPA Qazi Adnan Farid while inaugurating Rescue 1122 in Ahmedpur East here on Thursday.
Inaugural ceremony was attended by Divisional Emergency Officer Bahawalpur Malik Asif Rahim Channar, President Markazi Anjuman-e-Tajran Mian Mohammad Younas and other notables.
PML-N activist Lala Mohammad Aslam Qureshi acted as compare while ceremony was also addressed by former UC nazim Qasim Qureshi.
Speaking on the occasion, the MPA claimed that launching of Rescue 1122 in Ahmedpur East was gift of the Punjab government for the citizens.
He said that the Punjab government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif paying full attention to the uplift of backward areas of South Punjab. He said that the PML-N fulfil all elections promises and construct dual carriageway from Chowk Abbasia to railway station Dera Nawab Sahib very soon.
Earlier Divisional Emergency Officer highlighted the role of Rescue 1122 in emergency situations.
