My question as a concerned citizen is, who provoked a 25 year old Elite Force guard to assassinate the Governor of Punjab? What kind of motivation compelled him to take such a step? These are the questions everyone should be asking. It is not yet sure whether he acted on his own, or was related to any organization, but what we all know for sure is how much volatile our social fabric has become.
