Unidentified miscreants blew up Uch Power Plant gas supply pipeline Sunday further exceeding electricity shortfall in the country
Following the gas supply line was blown up, 525MW power supply from Uch plant to national grid was suspended resulting the electricity shortfall exceeding 6000MW.
Sources said the demand of electricity is 13,000MW, however the production was low at 7000MW.
Wapda spokesman said the national grid was also not receiving power supply of 150MW from Habibullah Coastal Power and Shaikh Manda Power House.
