Lahore - Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zafar Moeen Nasir has inaugurated newly renovated and upgraded library and computer lab at Centre for South Asian Studies. In this regard, a ceremony was also organized to celebrate recognition of new Research Journal of Indian Studies in “Z” category by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.  Also, scientist Prof Dr Mounir G. Abu Haider from University of Toronto, Canada, visited Punjab University Institute of Agricultural Sciences to discuss mutual cooperation in the field.
