Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani on Saturday said he wants electioneering to gear up in the country, as change should only be through elections. Talking to a gathering of lawyers in Lahore, PM said that it was Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) that fought the battle for the restoration of judiciary as well as democracy. During the speech, a group of lawyers started booing the prime minister. They also raised Go Zardari Go slogans. The PM, however, continued: “We restored the Constitution, and we are its custodians for its protection.”
