LAHORE A 40-year-old woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Shadman police area 0n Wednesday. The body of the deceased was woman, yet to be identified, was found in front of House No-131, Shadman. According to details, a few people spotted the body lying a few yards away from the road. Police after being informed approached the site and recovered the body. Later, announcements were made in nearby mosques but none of the citizens claimed to own the body. Apparently, it seemed she was a housemaid but we have noticed no mark of wound of torture or strangulation, an on duty police officer said, adding the body has been removed to the City morgue for autopsy. Further investigations are underway. Meanwhile, a 25-year-old Nadeem Masih of Wasan Colony, Raiwind City, while riding a motorbike (LEM-9320) was on his way when his motorbike went out of control and struck into the wall of a drain. Resultantly, the youth suffered multiple injuries and was shifted to a nearby hospital where the doctors pronounced him as dead. According to the accounts of police, the deceased was a security guard, who has survived two children.
