LAHORE - A mother of two was shot dead allegedly by her husband at their house in Faisal Town on Thursday. The body was shifted to the morgue for autopsy while the killer is at large.
Police investigators said that 35-year-old Taiba died on-the-spot, shortly after her husband opened straight fire at her with a pistol.
The family told the police that the relations between the couple were not cordial as they frequently used to fight over domestic disputes. On early Thursday, the couple exchanged harsh words over some issue. The man got infuriated, took out his pistol, and opened fire on the woman. The killer fled the crime scene instantly. The police have registered a murder case and are investigating.

FOUND DEAD: A 22-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances from Shadman on Thursday. The body was moved to the morgue for autopsy.
