Two Air Force personnel have died in an Army Aviation plane crash near Gujranwala, Waqt News reported. Instructor Major Azhar and under training Captain Ahmad died in the incident.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) the incident took place during a regular training flight. “The incident occurred due to a technical fault,” ISPR sources stated.
On November 24, 2015, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) female pilot Marium Mukhtyar died in a plane crash incident. She was flying a training plane F-7 when it was crashed due to a technical fault near Mianwali.
