Islamabad: The government of Pakistan has appointed an ineligible German citizen Burnd Hildon as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).
The PIA published an advertisement against a a vacant post of Chief Operating Officer (COO) requiring Businessman Masters or Aeronautical Engineer with twenty years experience in marketing, finance and flat planning but Burnd was appointed despite the fact that he holds no educational certificate. 
He has completed General Management Program having duration of only two weeks from British’s Cranfield University and he has experience of terminal building and airport services only. There are no details of his academic credentials in a CV submitted by him.
