KARACHI  - Pakistan Coast Guards foiled an attempt to smuggle a drug consignment of Hashish in the area of Windar (Balochistan).
A PCG statement issued here on Monday said a source reported this to PCG official regarding smuggling of narcotics through the RCD Highway. It said a special mobile patrolling team intercepted a mini truck (Shahzor) at Naka Khari check post.
During the checking 210 kg of Hashish hidden in secret cavities of the truck body was recovered. The driver of the truck has been taken into custody along with the vehicle. Further investigation is in progress by the PCG “Special Investigation Team”, the PCG statement said.
