At least 15 people have been killed in two separate suicide bombings in Afghanistan, officials say. In Herat province, eight civilians and three policemen died when suicide bombers detonated their vehicle at a local government office, officials say. The attackers struck as people queued to see local officials on business. Later, four policemen were killed in a suicide attack targeting a police compound in southern Helmand province, the authorities said. The Helmand attack was carried out by three suicide bombers who entered the compound in Musa Qala district, according to provincial spokesman Dawood Ahmadi. The police commander of Musa Qala district was among those wounded in the bombing. The governor's office revised its death toll down to four policemen killed, having earlier spoken of eight dead.
