Islamabad - The dead body of Deputy Controller News of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) was found from Ghauri Town Phase-5 here on Saturday, a police spokesman said.
He said that Muhammad Ilyas seemed in his 50s actually belong to Dera Ismail Khan.
He was serving as Deputy Controller News in PBC and was residing here in Islamabad at House # 205, St # 116, Sector I-10/4. He performed his duties on January 8 and did not return home. On Saturday morning, his body was found from Ghauri Town Phase 5.
Police have shifted the body to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences
(PIMS) Hospital for post-mortem and no bullet or injury mark has been apparently found on his body.
Further investigation will be carried out soon after post-mortem, the spokesman added.
