ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has formed a three member bench to hear the Hudaibiya Paper Mills reference against Sharif family.

The bench has been constituted on the appeal of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the light of 5-member bench of Apex court verdict in Panama case.

According to sources, the bench will be headed by Justice Asif Khosa, who was also part of the Panama Leaks proceedings against the ex-premier, while other members include Justice Dost Mohammad Khan and Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel.

The hearing on the appeal will be conducted on November 13 for which Prosecutor General has also been sent notice.
