ISLAMABAD - Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan will inaugurate the NADRA 's online complaint management and feedback system here at the headquarters of the authority on Friday (today).

The system will allow any applicant to register a complaint against any of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) employee who may have treated the applicant in an unprofessional or discourteous manner.

At the inauguration, the NADRA will show a demo in which an applicant's tracking ID would be entered and the system will automatically display the list of all the NADRA employees that applicant has encountered at each stage respectively.

"We will select an employee and register the complaint . The complaint will automatically trigger a penalty in the employee's performance-based incentive amount," a spokesperson said. In an earlier Press conference, the Interior Minister had announced that the NADRA would soon be launching penalties for discourtesy and misbehaviour.

Meanwhile, the Interior Minister on Thursday held a meeting here with the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Pakistan Abdullah Marzouk Al-Zahrani and discussed matters of bilateral interest.

Both sides discussed Pakistan-Saudi Arabian relations, continuing cooperation on security matters and changes occurring on regional and international levels.

They also talked about the ongoing investigation in the murder case of a Saudi Arabian diplomat in Karachi in 2011.

Nisar said that the elements involved in the murder of Saudi Arabian diplomat would be brought to justice. He said that the government and people of Pakistan greatly valued their relationship with Saudi Arabia and were desirous of further expanding their brotherly ties.
