Sindh top bureaucracy reshuffled over ECP orders

The Sindh government on Friday reshuffled the top bureaucracy in the province on the orders of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
The provincial government has changed deputy commissioners, assistant commissioners, secretaries and director generals in Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, Sukkur and Larkana.
The orders to reshuffle Sindh’s top bureaucrats were issued following receipt of several complaints against them.
The ECP had given seven days deadline to Sindh caretaker government to appoint competent officials on the posts of chief secretary, secretaries of education, local government, home department, the deputy commissioners, mukhtiarkars, and education and police officers in the province.
The commission also directed the interim governments to ensure that the bureaucracy remains impartial.
The government of Sindh on the directives of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday made massive changes in the bureaucracy of the province.
According to a notification issued here Friday, Shahzar Shamoon, an officer of Ex-PCS(BS-21), Senior Member, Board of Revenue, Sindh has been transferred and posted and until further orders as Chairman, Enquiries & Anti-Corruption Establishment, against an existing vacancy.
Malik Asrar Hussain an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (BS-21), Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department has been transferred and posted and until further orders as Senior Member, Board of Revenue, Sindh vice Shahzar Shamoon transferred.
Muhammad Waseem, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS21), Secretary, Forest & Wildlife Department has been transferred and posted and until further orders as Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, vice Malik Asrar Hussain transferred.
Fazal-ur-Rehman, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (BS-20), awaiting posting has been posted and until further orders as Secretary Forest & Wildlife Department, vice Muhammad Waseem transferred.
Mrs. Seema Najeeb, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (BS-20), awaiting posting has been posted and until further orders as Secretary, Women Development Department, against an existing vacancy.
Muhammad Farooq Legghari, an officer of Ex-PCS(BS-20), awaiting posting has been posted and until further orders as Secretary, Energy department, against an existing vacancy.
Dr. Atta Muhammad Panhwar, an officer of PCS (BS-20), Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department has been posted and until further orders as Secretary, Livestock & Fisheries Department, against an existing vacancy.
Muhammad Waseem Ursani, an officer of Secretariat Group (BS-20), Secretary tourism Department has been transferred and posted until further orders as Secretary, excise & Taxation Department, vice Dr. Atta Muhammad Panhwar transferred.
Muhammad Rashid, a officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (BS-20), awaiting posting has been posted and until further orders as Director General Provincial Services Academy, Sindh, against an existing vacancy.
Pervez Ahmed Junejo, an officer of Ex-PCS(BS-20), Director general, Provincial Ombudsman (Mohtasib) Secretariat has been transferred and posted until further orders as Secretary, Katchi Abadies Department, vice Makdoom Shakeel-uz-Zaman transferred.
Makhdoom Shakeel-uz-Zaman, an officer of Ex-PCS(BS-19), Secretary, Katchi Abadies Department has been transferred and posted until further orders as Special Secretary (BS-20), Local Government Department, in his own pay & scale, vice Mr. Nazeer Hussain Jamali transferred and directed to report to Services, General Administration & Coordination Department for further orders.
On promotion to BS-20, Dr. Iqbal Saeed Kan, a officer of PSS (BS-20), Member, Chief Minister’s Inspection, Enquiries & Implementation Team has been transferred and posted until further orders as Director General, Gorakh Hill Authority, against an existing vacancy.
On promotion to BS-20, Riaz Ahmed Memon, an officer of PSS (BS-20), Additional Secretary (Judicial), Home Department  has been transferred and posted until further orders as Special Finance Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department, against an existing vacancy.
Muhammad Akhtar Ghouri, an officer of PSS (BS-20), Special Secretary to Governor Sindh, Governor’s Secretariat has been transferred and posted until further orders as Secretary to Governor Sindh, Governor’s Secretariat, against an existing vacancy.
Mr. Jinsar Ali Shah, Chief Engineer (BS-20), Works & Services Department presently posted as Director General, Chief Minister’s Inspection, Enquiries & Implementation Team has been transferred and posted until further orders as Project Director Flood Emergency Reconstruction Project, Hyderabad, against an existing vacancy.
Ali Dino Gahoti, an officer of ex-PCS (BS-20), awaiting posting has been posted until further orders as Director General, Bureau of Statistics, Planning & Development department, against an existing vacancy.
Muhammad Amin Mangrio, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20), awaiting posting has been posted until further orders a Secretary, Sindh Public Safety Commission, vice Dr. Niaz Ali Abbasi transferred.
