Fresh wave of cold has entered across Pakistan as snow engulfed the northern areas of the country. 

According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) the temperature will decrease further as most parts of the country will face this new wave for next week. 

Furthermore, snow falling continued on second consecutive day in Azad Kashmir. Meanwhile, other northern areas including Murree and Diamer will also have snow. 

The weather however will remain cold and dry mainly in some parts of country as fog is expected in plain areas of Punjab. 

Meanwhile, Upper Punjab, upper FATA, Kashmir and Islamabad will have rain in next few days.
