ISLAMABAD: The Deputy Director General (DDG) land and estate of Capital Development Authority (CDA) while abusing his authority has appointed a grade 16 audit officer as his Staff Officer.
According to details, the said officer was posted in enforcement department but DDG land and estate halted his transfer and while misusing his authority appointed him as his staff officer who could issue directives to the management on behalf of DDG land and estate in his absence.
