KANDHKOT - Kashmore police Thursday claimed to have held a hardcore criminal who had wanted to police in more than 22 crime cases.

According to details, Kashmore police detained a wanted criminal from the limits of Buxapur Police Station. Senior Superintendent of Police Kashmore Bashir Ahmed Brohi, in a press conference, told the media men that on tip off buxapur Station House Officer Khalil Ahmed Rind and his team raided a hideout in Beloon Dhoro area and held a hardcore criminal Wazir Ahmed, son of Gul Baig Mahmdani. He said that he had wanted to police in more than 22 crime cases at different police station of Kashmore such as murder, kidnapping, dacoity and other terrorists activities. He further told that one TT pistol and dozens of bullets were recovered from their possession while further investigation is underway.

On a question, he replied that it was my top priority to maintain peace throughout district while the police department was doing all the best for the betterment of the citizens.
