SAHIWAL-Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif regretted that the police had failed to protect the life and honour of the masses and its system had collapsed. “It is the bounden duty of the police to have knowledge where crime is being committed, where gambling is taking place, where narcotics dens are and where outlaws and proclaimed offenders live?
