The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) claimed on Saturday to have busted an illegal CNG-filling station.

FIA officials said they raided a house in Gulshan-e-Ravi's E-Block and uncovered an illegal CNG filling station.

Two people working on the machinery were taken into custody whereas cylinders and other equipment were seized from the site.

FIA officials said the suspects would fill CNG into cylinders and then transfer it to vehicles of various private companies.

Further investigation is under way while the identity of the suspects and ring leader has not been disclosed.
