Pakistan pay tribute to APS Peshawar martyrs

Today is the third anniversary of APS Peshawar tragedy as whole nation is paying their tribute to martyred children and staff of the school. 

On this day in 2014, six terrorists entered the school and martyred 147 children and teachers. 

After the attack, Pakistan civil and military leadership chalked out National Action Plan and started Operation Zarb-e-Azb against the militants in North Waziristan. 

The day is being mourned today across Pakistan. 

Meanwhile, celebrities, politicians and whole Pakistan paid tribute to martyrs of APS tragedy. 

Nobel winner and human rights activist Malala Yousafzai paid the tribute stating 'no child should go to school in fear.'


Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto paid glowing tributes to the martyrs of APS Peshawar. He also criticized government for not providing justice to the families of victims. 




Cricketer and former captain of Pakistani women cricket team, Sana Mir wrote that she prayed that no parent and child will face this kind of tragedy ever again. 


PSL team, Peshawar Zalmi, owner Javed Afridi said that children of APS Peshawar are close to our heart.

Activist, painter and motivational speaker Muniba Mazari paid her tribute through a National song.

Actress Mahira Khan wrote 'How can we ever forget?


VJ Dino Ali also vowed to never forget the APS martyrs. 

Politician Naz Baloch wrote "Smallest coffins are the heaviest" 


Cricketer Syeda Nain Abidi wrote that we will never forget this tragedy. 

PTI Chairman Imran Khan wrote we must ensure that this can never happen again. 



PTI leader Jahangir Tareen Khan said we lost valuable innocent lives in grusome APS terrorist attack.


PAT Chairman Tahir-ul-Qadri stated that APS tragedy was a heart rending incident. 



PML-N MPA Hina Butt called Peshawar massacre as the deadliest terror attack in the history of Pakistan


Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif said that success Pakistan achieved in fight against terrorism is owed to blood of APS martyred children.



Fast bowler Wahab Riaz said that there may be causes dying for but there are none worth killing for. 


Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Bajwa said that the great sacrifice of our innocent beloved children & their brave families remains unforgettable.
