Khyber mail train derailed near Kala Shah Kaku railway station today, which resulted injuring several people.

According to details, the train was headed to Lahore from Peshawar when it derailed due to breakage of a six-foot long track.

As soon as the security personnel received the information, they arrived at the spot and started rescue operations. Victims were shifted to local hospital for medical assistance. According to railway authorities, “investigation into the matter has been launched.”
