We have another 'Hatim Tai' in Pakistan in the person of Dr Babr Awan, who has announced to donate his legal fee for appearing in ZAB case, to charity. Actually, the legal battles which the present PPP government is fighting do not concern the common man, the citizens of Pakistan. These are gimmicks to gain time and to prolong their rule and secondly should be seen in view of their almost total lack of popularity in the country and hence drum up Bhutto's name to win them sympathy-votes in the next general elections. Therefore the legal fee for employing dozens of lawyers to defend PPP cases, should come out of the coffers of PPP and not from the poor-tax-payers money. And then Dr Babar Awan can do as he pleases.
