SADIQABAD-DSP Mehr Nasir Saqib was showered with praises for his untiring efforts to eliminate crime in Kacha area.
Rahim Yar Khan DPO Zeeshan Asghar at ceremony termed the DSP a history-maker officer in the police department. The DPO said that all the police operations, completed successfully in Kacha area against dacoits had been supervised by DSP Mehr Nasir Saqib. "Police teams under his command gave a decisive blow to dacoits. The outlaws bit the dust every time they countered the police teams led by Mr Nasir," DPO Mr Zeeshan Asghar pointed out. He also lauded the sacrifices rendered by other police officers for peace in the area. "No one can defeat police when they are backed by public," he noted.
Regional Police Officer Rifat Mukhtar Raja, DPO Zeeshan Asghar and SP (investigation) Shah Nawaz distributed prizes to the cops for brilliant performance. When DSP Mehr Nasir Saqib was called to receive the prize, all the participants of the ceremony applauded and clapped for him. The DSP expressed gratitude to the police officers, his sub-ordinates, locals and notables of the area for their love. He also thanked them for honouring him with their trust. He vowed to continue making efforts for welfare of the masses and their protection.
