Heroin recovery: 13 PIA employees sacked

LONDON:- An inquiry into recovery of heroin from PIA plane at London airport has been finalised and in the light of inquiry report 13 employees of national flag carrier have been sacked. According to inquiry report, employees of engineering and technician department have been held responsible. As per media reports, stringent security measures have been put in place at all airports following the recovery of heroin from PIA employees and a ban has been imposed on unauthorised employees to go near the planes.–Online

The surveillance system through CCTV cameras has also been tightened.
