KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued non bailable arrest warrants of over 30 accused including MQM founder and Farooq Sattar in the cases of attacks on media houses, violence and treason .

The case pertaining to August 22 media houses attack came up for hearing before ATC Karachi Monday.
As many as 52 accused including 3 women members of MQM appeared in the court.

The investigation officer filed report in the court on non arrest of over 30 accused persons including MQM founder and Farooq Sattar.

The court expressed displeasure over non appearance of arrested accused including Kanwar Naveed Jamil, Qamar Mansoor and Sahahid Pasha and non arrest of other accused.

The court while declaring over 30 accused including MQM founder, Farooq Sattar and others as absconders issued their non bailable arrest warrants.

The court ordered the investigation officer to arrest them and present them before it.
