ISLAMABAD - The federal government Friday reshuffled the bureaucracy and appointed a grade 22 officer Khizar Hayat as Secretary Ports and Shipping who was serving as chief secretary Azad Jammu Kashmir and senior bureaucrat Sikandar Ismail appointed as Secretary Overseas Pakistanis.
Sikandar Ismail was serving as Additional Secretary of Ministry Religious Affairs.
Haseeb Mukhtar has been appointed as Secretary Wafaqi Muhtasib and grade 21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Services, Rashida Malik, has been appointed as Secretary Climate Change Division.
Acting Chairman NADRA Imtaiz Tajwar has been appointed as Secretary National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTEC), Hamid Ali; Additional Secretary of Interior Ministry has been appointed as Secretary Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD).
Azhar Hussain Shamim, a grade 22 officer, has been appointed as Managing Director Pakistan Printing Corporation.  Additional Secretary in-charge Housing Younus Dhaga has been appointed as Additional Secretary Water and Power and a grade 21 officer of Pakistan Administrattive Services  Shahrukh Arbab has been appointed as Additional Secretary In-charge Housing.
Government appointed a grade 20 officer Abid Ali as Chief Secretary AJK, and Aftab Anwar Baloch has been appointed as Chairman Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA). Nargis Ghullo, working in the Cabinet Division, has been appointed as Chairperson of Pakistan State Life.
The Establishment Division has directed ED NVTEC  Khalid Naseer  to report to it and placed the services of Secretary Finance AJK, a grade 20 officer, Yousuf Khan, at the disposal of Punajb government.
Establishment Division issued the notifications of all transfers and positing on Friday afternoon.
