While addressing a special sitting on 'the completion of 60-year of Pak-China diplomatic relations at Aiwan-e-Karkunan Tehrik-e-Pakistan on Saturday, he added that India was the common enemy of Pakistan and China . The NPT and Pakistan Movement Workers Trust jointly organized the sitting, which was also addressed by Foreign Ministry former general secretary Akram Zaki, renowned analyst and politician Mushahid Hussain Syed and NPT Vice-chairman Prof Dr Rafique Ahmad. Majid Nizami said that he was the old fan of China and often visited the Peoples Republic. China is a peace lover country that is why she did not try to occupy Taiwan because she thinks Taiwan will itself join her. He said America wanted the supremacy of India in this region by bringing her equivalent to the great republic of China but it would remain unfulfilled dream of the U.S, he added. India had experienced war with China in 1962, but she still lived in fools paradise that she can destroy both Pakistan and China in 18 minutes, Majid Nizami said, adding 'but I think Pakistan only can destroy India in 10 minutes, thanks to Dr A.Q Khan and Mian Nawaz Sharif for making countrys defense invincible. Akram Zaki appreciated both the Trusts for organizing such a prestigious sitting to celebrate the Pak-China relations. The ceremony, he added, was itself very much important to pass the message of friendship to next generation. He emphasized on the need of more practical steps at all levels. About 13,000 Chinese engineers are working in Pakistan with various projects, besides China invested $20 billion in the country. He also described the history of Pak-China relation on the occasion. While saying the different languages were a barrier to strengthen the relations further, he suggested that the Chinese language must be introduced at school level. Mushahid Hussain said that no one in the country could disagree on making Pakistan strong in nuclear technology, independence of Indian held Kashmir and strengthen Pak-China relations. While saying some powers in the worlds were frightening with Chinas advancement in every field, he hinted the cold war in this regard had been started. America became weaken after Iraq and Afghan war and new power had been emerging on the globe among them China and some Muslim countries were also included, he said. Syed Hussain lauded the efforts of Majid Nizami for arranging the sitting. Prof Dr Rafique Ahmad also highlighted the importance of Pak-China relations and said the message should be spreaded among common people. The people of various walks of life attended the sitting among those Begum Mehnaz Rafi, Mian Farooq Altaf, Rana Arshad, Dr Parveen Khan, Allama Ahmad Ali, Colonel (rtd) Ikramullah, Dr M.A Soofi, Shahid Rasheed and Rafaqat Riaz were prominent.
