Nawaz invited Modi to Pakistan in haste

Chairman Pakistan Defence Council and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam S Chief Maulana Samiul Haq has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has made a hasty decision of inviting Indian Prime Minister-in-waiting Narindar Modi to visit Pakistan.
Addressing a crowded press conference at Darul Aloom Madnia here in Daska on Sunday, he termed Modi killer of thousands of Indian Muslims, saying that Nawaz Sharif should have taught several times prior to inviting Modi to visit Pakistan.
Maulana Samiul Haq expressed his optimism about early resumption of suspended peace talks between the TTP, saying that the government was fully sincere to resolve the burning issue of terrorism through peace talks. He said, “I think all the annoyed groups in Taliban are now agreed to resume peace talks with the government.” He claimed that there were bright chances of early resumption of talks between government and Taliban, as all Taliban groups were agreed to resume talks. He said that the government was in good mood to take the peace talks ahead towards the goal of establishing peace to weeding out terrorism from Pakistan.
The JUI-S chief revealed that the government had almost removed all the seen and unseen hurdles from the way of holding peace talks with Taliban.
Maulana Sami pointed out that peace and security was the biggest issue of the country, adding that terrorism had badly hampered progress of the country.
Replying to a question, Maulana Sami said that some powerful elements were trying to derail the peace process to pave the way for operation in tribal areas. The JUI-S chief said that operation was no solution to any problem. He said that negotiations were the only way for restoration of peace.
The chief Taliban negotiator expressed his apprehension that if the forces opposed to the talks get succeeded in their mission there would be great destruction.
He urged all the national institution to focus on one-point agenda of establishing durable peace, saying that Taliban were fighting to save Pakistan and Afghanistan from international conspiracies of India. He, however, stressed that Pakistan should bring betterment in its relations with all its neighbours.
Maulana Sami termed that the BJP victory in general elections had driven another nail the coffin of Indian secularism, saying that Modi’s victory exposed real face of the biggest democracy of the world.
