This letter is being written to highlight a heart-aching story. A teacher, namely Mahrab while teaching in Government school, Usman Chachar Ubaro, has been assaulted by some unknown people. He approached the concerned police station for registration of FIR against the incident. But the concerned police instead of recording his statement, manhandled him. He was the detained in the jail. An inquiry into the incident may be conducted and apt orders should be passed against the delinquents.
