Lahore :The US Pakistan Business Council (USPBC) led a trade mission to Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT). The Delegation represented a wide range of industry sectors such as advertising and public relations, Agriculture, Energy, Consumer goods and IT. The delegation included Miles Young, President of USPBC/Worldwide Chairman of Ogilvy &Mather, Ms. Esperanza G. Jelalian, Ms.Carolyn L.Brehm Vice President Global Government Relations and Public Policy, P&G/member Board of directors USPBC, David C. Wilhem, Partner and Chief strategy Officer, Hecate Energy and Kamran Qamar, Financial Controller Cargill International Trading Pvt. Ltd.
The delegation was welcomed by Director PBIT, Ms. Tayyaba Kamal and Deputy Manager Investor Relations, Shehryar Rana. Additional Director Corporate Finance PBIT, Anwar ul Haq, apprised members of the delegation about PBIT and its achievements and gave them a presentation about the investment opportunities in Punjab particularly in energy sector.
