KASUR - Two minor sisters died of consuming toxic chemical while playing at their house in Hinjran Kalan, Ellahabad here the other day.

According to police, the deceased girls were identified as four-year-old Mah Nur and two-year-old Erum. They were playing at their house when they consumed toxic chemical from a bottle. As a result, their condition became worse. The girls were rushed to hospital where they breathed their last.

In the Saddr police precincts, Ayesha Bibi, 18, poured toxic chemical down into her throat. Her condition deteriorated and she was rushed to hospital where doctors saved her life. In jurisdiction of the Raja Jang police, Gulshan Bibi of Haveli Kumharan Wali attempted to end her life by consuming wheat-preservative pills. She was shifted to hospital where her condition was stated to be stable.
