LAHORE – The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Referees Committee has selected and approved all the nominated Pakistan referees for the AFC Elite Panel. Khurram Shahzad was approved as elite referee, Waheed Murad and M Shafat Habib as elite assistant referees and Rana Naseer Ahmed as elite fourth official. It is for the first time in the football history of Pakistan that the full panel of Pakistan referees has been selected by the AFC in the Elite Referring Panel.
