LAHORE President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Punjab Ahsan Rasheed, while bitterly criticising the present government, has accused it of pushing the poor to the verge of committing suicide because of hunger, and he thinks that it is all because of the worst anti-people policies of the government. The Pakistan Peoples Party and the Pakistan Muslim League-N are making fools out of the masses since respective governments of both parties have not resolved even a single issue being faced by the people, he said, while addressing workers convention of the PTI Central Punjab. While asserting the PTI was fighting for the supremacy of the law and the constitution, Ahsan Rasheed averred that the coming time would be of the PTI, and Partys workers should transmit Imran Khans message to every home. He further asked the workers to start their preparations for the local body elections. The PTI can only take the country out of crises. Both bigger parties the PPP and PML-N have hobnobbed with each other. Now peoples fate will be decided on roads, while the PTIs workers will be on the forefront, he added. Central Vice-President PTI Ijaz Chaudhry and General Secretary PTI Punjab Asif Khan, in their respective addresses, alleged the government of turning Pakistan into an American colony, while unemployment, load-shedding and other issues were gaining huge momentum with every passing day. If the government will not take tangible steps for resolving the issues, there is a huge possibility of further worsening of the countrys situation, they warned the rulers. Central Secretary Information PTI Omer Sarfraz Cheema, Asif Manzoor Virk and others also spoke, while Riaz Arshad Khan Niazi, Dr Seemi Bokhari, Masood Sadiq and others were present on the occasion as well.
