Kids Science and Robotics Club’ camp tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: Children between eight to fourteen years of age in the federal capital can have opportunity to learn science and robotics’ innovations in the upcoming “Kids Science and Robotics’ Club” camp on November 25 at the National University of Science and Technology.

The club is part of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) camp being arranged by LearnOBots, a computer company headed by Shumail Bin Mansoor, an associate professor of the NUST.

Power suspension notice

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Electric Supply Company on Thursday issued two-day power suspension notice for various areas due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.

According to an IESCO spokesman, power supply would remain suspended on November 24 from 7am to 1pm from Numble feeder and on November 25, from 7am to 1pm, from the same feeder. Similarly, electricity supply will remained suspended on November 25 from 9am to 3pm from PTET, MCBC, Saudi Pak Building, Supper Market, Bab-e-Islam and Shams Colony feeders, from 9am to 4pm from Scheme-3, Dhoke Hukam Dad, Chaklala, M.E.S, V.V.I.P, Murree Brewery, S.P.D-1, Gangal, State Bank, Topi Pump, Air Port, J.S.H.Q and Rehmatabad-1 feeders.

The power supply will also remain suspended from 9am to 2pm from Saidpur Road, Shamasabad, Al-Noor Colony, Dhok Khabba, Mansoor Shaheed, Japan Road, Lethrar-I, Khawaja, Industrial, Nara, Hamid Jhangi feeders and surrounding areas on November 25, the spokesman said.–APP
