6 fall prey to shootings in Balochistan

QUETTA - Six people, including two women, were killed and another seven injured in separate incidents of firing in different towns of Balochistan on Saturday.
According to reports, two people were killed and seven others wounded when a firefight erupted between two tribes in Loti Shambani area of Dera Bugti. However, the cause of clash could not be ascertained immediately.
Local administration rushed to the area and shifted the dead and injured to hospital.
In another incident, a person killed his daughter and her alleged paramour in Dera Murad Jamali area of Naseerabad district. Reportedly, Nuroz shot dead his daughter Mahgul and her paramour for ‘honour’. Police rushed to the site and moved the bodies to hospital for autopsy.  Police have arrested Nuroz and started investigation.
Meanwhile, a woman was shot dead in Sariab locality of Quetta. Police said that unknown persons opened fire on a woman in Irrigation Colony, wounding her critically. She died on way to hospital. Police stated domestic issue as the motive behind the killing. Moreover, a person was shot dead in Machh area, some 60 KM away from Quetta. Police said unidentified assailants sprayed a volley of bullets on Balach Khan in Machh area of Bolan district, killing him.
Police said the deceased was a resident of Sindh and the motive behind killing was domestic dispute.
