The Supreme Court will resume contempt case hearing against Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Monday . The apex court will hear the case on daily basis. Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan, the counsel for Prime Minister Gilani in the case, will continue to present arguments in the contempt hearing. It is also expected that Aitzaz will challenge Contempt of Court Ordinance 2003. Earlier, Aitzaz had raised objection over the bench hearing the case. Exchange of hot words were also reported between Aitzaz Ahsan and Justice Asif Khosa. Aitzaz Ahsan claimed that the bench made up for the case was comprised of the judges who issued show cause notice to the prime minister. He alleged that his client was declared dishonest and conservative. He said that if the prime minister had said that he would not write letter to Swiss authorities, judiciary should be work with patience. The apex court issued contempt notice to Prime Minister Gilani for not implementing the court order on the infamous National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).
