According to Radio Pakistan, Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir says United States cooperation is imperative for peace and stability in Afghanistan.

Talking to a news channel, he said Pakistan wants to revive economic, defence and trade relations with the United States.  

He said peace and stability in Afghanistan is also crucial for completing TAPI and CASA projects.

Khurram Dastgir said Pakistan's sacrifices in the war against terrorism are unmatched.

He said work on fencing Pak-Afghan border will be completed soon.
