The PU announced results of MBBS, First Professional, Part-I, Supplementary Exam 2010, MBBS, First Professional, Part-II, Supplementary Exam 2010, Diploma in German, Semester System, Session 2009-10, Diploma in Chinese, Semester System, Session 2009-10, Diploma in Japanese, Semester System, Session 2009-10, Diploma in Turkish, Semester System, Session 2009-10, Diploma in Spanish, Semester System, Session 2009-10, Diploma in Russian, Semester System, Session 2009-10, Diploma in Pashto, Semester System, Session 2009-10 and Diploma in Italian, Semester System, Session 2009-10. Detailed results are also available at PU website www.pu.edu.pk. degrees: The PU awarded doctor of philosophy degrees to Ghulam Murtaza Anjum and Saeeda Mumtaz in the subjects of Molecular Biology and Punjabi respectively. Anjum and Saeeda completed their research theses entitled Identification of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms for Forensic DNA Analysis and Punjabi Ghazal Di Rwait Te Pir Fazal Gujrati under the supervision of Prof Dr S Riazuddin of PU National Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology and Prof Dr Nabeela Rehman of PU Department of Punjabi respectively.
