OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE The Lahore High Court on Monday issued a notice to the provincial transport secretary on a petition moved by the private bus/van owners for official refusal to use public bus-stands. The petitioners counsel pleaded before the court that it was a right without discrimination for all transporters to use bus terminals for pick and drop, but the government had violated the law by denying them this facility. The counsel said the public transporters woes were giving rise to the problems of the passengers. Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed after hearing the petitioners counsel issued notice for the appearance of the secretary on April 27.
