ISLAMABAD - An Indian army official in occupied Kashmir was arrested with heroin worth Rs400 million in the international market, a top police officer confirmed. According to Kahsmir Media Service(KMS), Inspector General of Police SD Singh Jamwal while presenting him before the media in Jammu said: “The man was arrested yesterday and eight kilograms of pure quality heroin worth Rs40 million in the market, bearing Afghan markings, was found in his possession.” The consignment, which was headed for Delhi, was the second major haul recovered in the past three days, IG Jamwal said.
