An earthquake of moderate intensity jolted different areas of Khyber Pakhunkhawa on Saturday morning but no loss was reported.
According to geological wing of Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) an earthquake of magnitude 4.1 on Richter scale was felt in Chitral, Dir and Swat of Malakand Division.
The epicenter of the quake was 43 kilometer north of Mingora at a depth of 10 kilometer inside earth crust, the department said.
The panic stricken people rushed out of their houses, but no loss of life and property was reported.
