LAHORE - In a ‘open letter’ to the Lahore High Court CJ, PAT Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur has said 18 party leaders and workers have been arrested from their houses without any reason and they are ‘in danger’.

He said the police were in action against PAT workers as it announced participation in Islamabad protest.  He made a request to the LHC CJ to issue orders for the release of PAT workers. He said in case of any harm to PAT workers, the responsibility will rest on the shoulders of Sharif brothers, Ch Nisar Ali Khan and the IG Punjab Police. In his letter the PAT leader gave the names of the 18 arrested workers.
